Renovated down to the outlets
This is not a cosmetic refresh. The residence was taken back to basics and rebuilt for how the island actually lives: a complete 110V electrical conversion with all-new outlets, LED lighting throughout, new tile floors, updated kitchen and bathrooms, and custom cabinetry with soft-close hardware.
Island practicalities are already solved. A 6kW backup battery bridges power interruptions, Starlink delivers fast internet regardless of what the local grid is doing, and hurricane shutters cover every opening. The furniture is new and stays — you arrive with a suitcase.
Across two levels, three terraces face the lagoon: morning coffee over the marina, sunset over the hills. Simpson Bay's restaurants and beaches are minutes away, behind the gate of one of the island's most established waterfront communities.
